I purchased a 10-week-old Toy Aussie puppy from this store for $5,000, and within only a few days he was diagnosed with kennel cough, diffuse bronchopneumonia affecting all lung lobes, giardia, coccidia, and hookworms.

This has been emotionally devastating and has already required nonstop veterinary visits and extensive medical care immediately after bringing him home. The radiology report confirmed bronchopneumonia, and he is currently being treated with multiple medications and antibiotics while being monitored around the clock. At this point, we still do not know if he is going to fully recover from all of this.

The only positive part of this experience so far is that treatment is currently being covered under the warranty. However, we are already being told he may need treatment beyond the 21-day coverage period, which is extremely concerning given how serious his condition is.

Having this many significant illnesses appear immediately after purchase is completely unacceptable, especially for a puppy sold at this price. Watching a 10-week-old puppy struggle with pneumonia and multiple parasites has been heartbreaking, and I have even had to take time off work to care for him and make sure he is okay.

Right now my entire focus is trying to get him healthy, but based on this experience, I would strongly advise others: do not buy a puppy from here.

I had a very disturbing experience here. The dogs were kept in poor conditions—some were even seen eating their own poop, which is completely unacceptable and a clear sign of neglect. Many of the dogs looked unhealthy, weak, and low-energy. I honestly feel really sad for these dogs—they deserve so much better.

Such a great experience. The establishment is nice and clean which I love. The staff was very helpful and didn’t rush us when spending time with the puppies. There was no pressure to buy but my daughter and I fell in love with one. She is worth it and came with a complete kit with everything she needs to come home plus health warranties. Got my baby from there last week. I love how the booking and play time went and the attendant attention and patience to answer all my questions which were many. They for sure helped me to make the best decision for my family and life style. The process to take Ollie home was easy and very well explained. Friendly staff. You get a chance to play with one puppy if you really like like one. Which we did and it was so great. Felt bad for the puppies since they are caged in a small space all day long, sleep, pee, poop, eat, and play. Price for puppies were ridiculously expensive.

I was surprised to learn that puppy stores like this exist! I visited over the weekend and was excited to see that customers could interact with the puppies. The store was quite busy, which is expected on a weekend, but the young lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. She let me know I could play with a puppy but wasn’t sure how long the wait would be. Despite the crowd, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

Glad to have found this brick and mortar store selling healthy and happy pups! They don’t have the breed I’m looking for right now, but I was told they get new ones every week and their website is always updated. The place is very nice and clean, with a special section for families interested in adopting to play with a dog. I’m looking forward to the time they have the breed I’m looking for. I like their XO Pups Package.

I bought the sweetest puppy from XO Pups. Everything went well. The facility was clean. Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional. I was there on a very busy day; yet, Brendan welcomed customers and gave them attention, while keeping an eye on the dogs. This was the second place we went looking for a new pup. The first place was terrible and we figured we’d give this place a shot. They were great! Very informative and attentive and answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid by any means. The price was a little high, but to be expected at a pet store. What made it a lot easier decision was the package of items that came with our pup. That was a life and time saver, and also helped with any stress about keeping our pup on similar food. The whole experience was great and Alex and Vanessa do a great job.

This was our first time walking into XO pups, immediately we were greeted by a clean store and a knowledgeable worker named Alex. We ended up leaving the store and returning 2 times within an hour, Alex was super helpful and kind to us, so much so that a “quick browse at the puppy store” turned into us adding a new member to our new family! Alex has answered every single question we had and gave us more helpful information that we didn’t even think to ask for. And the puppy package is an ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER, as we weren’t anticipating leaving with a puppy it was an amazing option to have! We left the store with everything we needed, our puppy, and all our questions answered. 100/10 I recommend coming to xo pups for your dog needs! Ask for Alex again he was beyond helpful!

We recently bought a pooshon from XO PUPS and we are so impressed by the great service we received by the staff. Vanessa was incredibly helpful and understanding as we searched for a dog that was right for us. Overall, everyone was kind and ready to answer all our questions.
