Great service! I was able to spend time with a dog for over an hour, staff is very kind, patient, and gives you the time and space you need to socialize with the pups! Very clean establishment, the dogs are obviously well taken care of and there’s a nice selection, I will be back!

I purchased a puppy from XO Pups. Shortly after bringing her home, she was examined by a veterinarian and tested positive for Giardia and Cystoisospora (Coccidia), and her blood work also showed abnormalities that required follow-up care.

When we contacted XO Pups about the health issues, we were told that treatment would be provided or covered. However, when we went for veterinary treatment, they refused to cover the care as promised.

We also tried to return the puppy because these health problems were identified shortly after purchase. XO Pups initially refused to take the puppy back, and the staff was very rude and dismissive when we went there to discuss the return. The entire experience was stressful and disappointing, especially because we were dealing with a sick young puppy and were expecting the seller to honor the commitments they had made regarding her health and treatment.

I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that XO Pups provide a clear explanation regarding their health guarantee, return policy, and the treatment they promised to provide. I also believe future customers should be fully informed about a puppy’s health status and any known medical issues before purchase.

I purchased a Shihpoo puppy, Misty, from XO Pups. Shortly after bringing her home, she developed health concerns and was examined by a veterinarian. We contacted XO Pups immediately because these health issues were discovered very soon after purchase. The situation caused significant stress, repeated veterinary visits, treatment, and additional responsibility for us as new puppy owners. We were very concerned that a puppy was sold to us while carrying these infections.

I am requesting that this complaint be reviewed carefully and that XO Pups provide a clear explanation of the puppy’s health screening, parasite testing, treatment history, and condition before sale. I also believe future buyers should be fully informed about any known health concerns before taking a puppy home.

We are in love with our new puppy! This is not my first rodeo in getting a dog and I appreciated how much information we were given about his care and the recommendation to see a vet within days of him coming home. When we went to play with a puppy, we did have to wait a minute but this was to ensure the area was properly cleaned and ready which is in the best interest of the pup. The person working that day was quite attentive to the puppies and quickly would check in on people playing with the puppies and to clean any messes in the crates. We love our new baby and appreciate how smooth and straightforward but also comprehensive the purchasing process was.

My experience was outstanding. I scheduled a visits with the dog I was interested in. I was told everything I needed to do to visit with the pup. I got a miniature dachshund. She is amazing. Everyone at XO PUPS were amazing. I left with my new fur baby and everything I needed to get her settled. Thanks so so much for the great experience and my babe.

I wish zero star was an option. I visited this place yesterday out of curiosity and saw little puppies distressed, crying for socialization, and then a mini schnauzer eating its own poop. The staff were busy looking at their phones or speaking with one another. I notified one of the staff of the schnauzer’s enclosure and left immediately. I left heart broken that such a place even exists.

The dogs are pent up into cages that are not suitable for any animal whatsoever. A Bernese Mountain pup should not be kept in a cage that not even a bunny is supposed to be in. Horrible and disgusting behavior from the business and this place should be shut down. Adopt, don’t shop. This shouldn’t have to be said, yet here we are… Disappointing.

I purchased a 10-week-old Toy Aussie puppy from this store for $5,000, and within only a few days he was diagnosed with kennel cough, diffuse bronchopneumonia affecting all lung lobes, giardia, coccidia, and hookworms.

This has been emotionally devastating and has already required nonstop veterinary visits and extensive medical care immediately after bringing him home. The radiology report confirmed bronchopneumonia, and he is currently being treated with multiple medications and antibiotics while being monitored around the clock. At this point, we still do not know if he is going to fully recover from all of this.

The only positive part of this experience so far is that treatment is currently being covered under the warranty. However, we are already being told he may need treatment beyond the 21-day coverage period, which is extremely concerning given how serious his condition is.

Having this many significant illnesses appear immediately after purchase is completely unacceptable, especially for a puppy sold at this price. Watching a 10-week-old puppy struggle with pneumonia and multiple parasites has been heartbreaking, and I have even had to take time off work to care for him and make sure he is okay.

Right now my entire focus is trying to get him healthy, but based on this experience, I would strongly advise others: do not buy a puppy from here.

I had a very disturbing experience here. The dogs were kept in poor conditions—some were even seen eating their own poop, which is completely unacceptable and a clear sign of neglect. Many of the dogs looked unhealthy, weak, and low-energy. I honestly feel really sad for these dogs—they deserve so much better.

Such a great experience. The establishment is nice and clean which I love. The staff was very helpful and didn’t rush us when spending time with the puppies. There was no pressure to buy but my daughter and I fell in love with one. She is worth it and came with a complete kit with everything she needs to come home plus health warranties. Friendly staff. You get a chance to play with one puppy if you really like like one. Which we did and it was so great. Felt bad for the puppies since they are caged in a small space all day long, sleep, pee, poop, eat, and play. Price for puppies were ridiculously expensive.

I was surprised to learn that puppy stores like this exist! I visited over the weekend and was excited to see that customers could interact with the puppies. The store was quite busy, which is expected on a weekend, but the young lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. She let me know I could play with a puppy but wasn’t sure how long the wait would be. Despite the crowd, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

Glad to have found this brick and mortar store selling healthy and happy pups! They don’t have the breed I’m looking for right now, but I was told they get new ones every week and their website is always updated. The place is very nice and clean, with a special section for families interested in adopting to play with a dog. I’m looking forward to the time they have the breed I’m looking for. I bought the sweetest puppy from XO Pups. Everything went well. The facility was clean. Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional. I was there on a very busy day; yet, Brendan welcomed customers and gave them attention, while keeping an eye on the dogs. XO has warrantees etc. but I think they do all they can to make sure you get a healthy puppy

This was the second place we went looking for a new pup. The first place was terrible and we figured we’d give this place a shot. They were great! Very informative and attentive and answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid by any means. The price was a little high, but to be expected at a pet store. What made it a lot easier decision was the package of items that came with our pup. That was a life and time saver, and also helped with any stress about keeping our pup on similar food. The whole experience was great and Alex and Vanessa do a great job.

This was our first time walking into XO pups, immediately we were greeted by a clean store and a knowledgeable worker named Alex. We ended up leaving the store and returning 2 times within an hour, Alex was super helpful and kind to us, so much so that a “quick browse at the puppy store” turned into us adding a new member to our new family! Alex has answered every single question we had and gave us more helpful information that we didn’t even think to ask for. And the puppy package is an ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER, as we weren’t anticipating leaving with a puppy it was an amazing option to have! We left the store with everything we needed, our puppy, and all our questions answered. 100/10 I recommend coming to xo pups for your dog needs! Ask for Alex again he was beyond helpful!

We recently bought a pooshon from XO PUPS and we are so impressed by the great service we received by the staff. Vanessa was incredibly helpful and understanding as we searched for a dog that was right for us. Overall, everyone was kind and ready to answer all our questions. They also let us look at a bunch of dogs so that we could be certain about our decision. We always felt attended to, even when the store was busy. It’s clear that the staff love the dogs and care for them. 100% recommend this place if you’re looking to adopt a dog!

XO PUPS is top notch. The boutique is very clean, staff is professional, and there is not pressure to buy. The selection of puppies is a bit overwhelming if you are “window shopping” but we came with a purpose. They gave us plenty of time to get to know the puppies personality and there is zero pressure to buy. Glad we have a new addition to the family and we recommend XO PUPS if you are looking to expand your family.

I made an appointment same day, and was greeted by Andrea, the worlds most energetic salesperson. she was amazing! She swiftly assisted me in getting a puppy. The service of this shop is top tier. The manager Daniel walked through the entire process and was very responsive to my questions.

We had a very positive experience with the store staff. They were very friendly and attentive even when it was busy in the store at one point. They answered all of my questions. Only a 4 instead 5 because of the high price, but I know they are competitive with other places & Terra puppy package supplies are so awesome and helpful!!. Overall we are so grateful for their help and convenience of finding our new furry family member!

Amazing store!! My wife and I just bought our first puppy here today. The service was incredible and the store is incredibly clean and beautiful to walk into. The dogs are well taken care of and seem really happy. I would definitely recommend anyone to get their new puppies here! Thanks guys!

My husband and I came in to visit to look at the puppies and options they have. They gave us a good amount of time to get to know a puppy, but we had another puppy in mind too. They did a great job with handling customers. The staff quickly wanted to know the purpose and how serious we were on buying before they gave out a second puppy, which I understand. However, we were interested but this also turned us off. The puppies were individually confined which is not great environmentally and socially for them. (My opinion, but to each their own.) Otherwise, it was not bad of an experience. I will come back. Just things to consider. We will keep them in mind for a specific breed only.
