Where can I start? I stepped into XO Pups not thinking I was gonna adopt a pup that day. I was welcomed by a gentleman named Daniel. I’m not sure where to begin but to make a long story short, Daniel made my adoption experience amazing! He was so attentive to all of my questions, he let me see but also play with a few pups & let’s not forget, his customers service was exceptional. Daniel I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to explain everything to me, give me the run down of what I was gonna take home that day & for just being an amazing human being. Management, Daniel either needs a pay raise or a promotion cause he goes above & beyond for clients, he definitely deserves it & earned it. I’ll definitely be back soon for another pup because I am looking for either a German Shepherd or Cocker Spaniel pup. I’ll be sure & hope Daniel is there for my next purchase. Again, thanks for everything Daniel, you rock!!
