The Rat Terrier is a multipurpose companion dog that is capable of hunting rodents and vermin above and below ground as well as coursing small game. He is a sturdy, compact, small-to-medium-sized particolored dog giving the appearance of elegance and athleticism. His short, smooth coat may come in any variation of pied patterning. Pied is described as comparatively large patches of one or more colors in combination with white. Acceptable colors, with or without "tan points", include the predominantly black, or chocolate, red, apricot, blue, fawn, tan, or lemon.

Where can I start? I stepped into XO Pups not thinking I was gonna adopt a pup that day. I was welcomed by a gentleman named Daniel. I’m not sure where to begin but to make a long story short, Daniel made my adoption experience amazing! He was so attentive to all of my questions, he let me see but also play with a few pups & let’s not forget, his customers service was exceptional. Daniel I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to explain everything to me, give me the run down of what I was gonna take home that day & for just being an amazing human being. Management, Daniel either needs a pay raise or a promotion cause he goes above & beyond for clients, he definitely deserves it & earned it. I’ll definitely be back soon for another pup because I am looking for either a German Shepherd or Cocker Spaniel pup. I’ll be sure & hope Daniel is there for my next purchase. Again, thanks for everything Daniel, you rock!!
