We carefully create puppy nutrition plans for each breed of puppy, which includes a specific combination of the following:

  • Carbohydrates – Supplies energy and aids digestion.
  • Fats – Promotes a rich, shiny coat and healthy skin.
  • Protein – Builds strong muscles and organs while boosting the immune system.
  • Vitamins and minerals – Promotes growth, strong bone development, optimal nervous system functioning, and disease prevention.

At XO PUPS, we strive to provide our the best puppies for sale with natural vitamin and mineral sources whenever possible. We complement our strict puppy nutrition regimen with supplements to ensure that each puppy receives the essential nutrients they need for growth and vitality.

XO PUPS Medical & Nutrition Schedule

In addition to giving our pups plenty of exercise and affection, nutrition is a key component of our care at XO PUPS. Our furry family is fed twice a day and receives an endless supply of fresh water. We routinely check weight and temperature to ensure each puppy is thriving and healthy. Through our certified veterinary program, each of our puppies receives individualized medical attention and routine vaccinations. All puppies are closely monitored, and we keep detailed medical histories that are provided to you at adoption. Proper puppy nutrition is vital, and we make sure that each puppy receives the best possible start.

Veterinary Follow-Up and Puppy Nutrition

We want our puppies to be as healthy and happy when they are with you as they are with us. That’s why we provide a complimentary physical exam through Potomac Valley Vet Hospital, at which time you can discuss your puppy’s ongoing nutritional and medical needs. We encourage you to ask about spay and neuter programs to reduce the homeless pet population and ensure your puppy continues receiving optimal nutrition and care.
