DEPOSIT POLICY

The XO PUPS family takes puppy adoption seriously, which is why we never lease, loan or rent our puppies out.

Buyer acknowledges that the Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if Buyer decides s/he does not want or is no longer able to take the puppy. Upon receipt of the Deposit, XO PUPS agrees to hold the puppy for Buyer for up to two (2) business days, until it is picked up. This deposit ensures the puppy will not be sold to any other customer.

RETURN POLICY

The XO PUPS family takes puppy adoption seriously, which is why we never lease, loan or rent our puppies out.

Because choosing a puppy is a lifetime commitment that should never be made impulsively, we offer a 72- hour return window in which you can return your puppy during store business hours with no questions asked. Provided the return is within 72 hours from the original purchase date, you will receive a full store credit in the amount of your original purchase price minus administrative, labor, registration and activation fees which are non-refundable.

Store credit is honored for up to one year and you will be provided with documentation detailing the store credit amount with an expiration date. Valid only on the purchase of a new puppy, store credit cannot be used toward goods and services. Any amount spent over the credit limit is the buyer’s responsibility and no refunds are provided if you purchase a puppy at a lower price. If the 72-hour window expires, you can still return your puppy to us at manager’s discretion; however, no refunds or store credit will be provided. We do not accept returned merchandise that has been opened or used.

No questions asked! Puppies may be returned for any reason… including and not limited to allergies, compatibility with other family member or pet, aggressiveness, chewing, house breaking or landlord issues.
